Direct ABA therapy provided by a behavior technician (RBT) following a treatment protocol designed by a BCBA. This is the primary code for 1:1 direct ABA therapy services. The technician implements behavior intervention plans, runs skill acquisition programs, and collects data.
Time Requirements
Billed per 15-minute unit. Typical sessions range from 1-4 hours (4-16 units). Weekly hours are determined by the treatment plan (commonly 10-40 hours/week for comprehensive ABA).
