WellNotes pricing: therapy note software plans

WellNotes has two plans: Starter at $27 a month (50 notes per month) and Professional at $38 a month (unlimited notes). Prices are in US dollars. Annual billing: Starter $22 per month and Professional $30 per month, billed yearly (about 20% less than monthly).

Yes. Your first WellNotes subscription starts with a 3-day free trial on the plan you choose. A card is required to start it, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before that trial ends and you are never charged. One free trial per person and per card. If you have had a WellNotes trial or subscription before, your paid plan starts at checkout. If your card has already been used for a WellNotes trial, no trial starts and you are not charged, and you can then subscribe without a trial.

No. Voice dictation and audio upload unlock once your trial converts to a paid subscription. During the trial you can type your session notes.

Starter includes 50 notes per month. Professional includes unlimited notes and adds custom note template and priority support. Both include all 15 note templates, PDF and CSV export, and voice dictation after the trial.

Cancel anytime with Cancel plan on your Account page or from the billing portal. There are no contracts. Cancelling an active subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If you cancel after your first paid billing period, you get a 30-day grace period after your subscription ends to export your notes. If you cancel during the free trial, export your notes before the trial ends. Export from the Notes page using Export All as PDF or Export All as CSV. Notes are stored only in your browser, so export them before you log out, because logging out clears them.

Saved notes are stored only in the browser you use. They are not stored on, synced with or backed up on WellNotes servers, so they are not available from other devices. Logging out or 15 minutes of inactivity clears saved notes from the browser, so copy or export them first.
