Do not include client names, dates of birth, note text or any other client information in your email. Describe the problem in general terms instead, for example which note format you used and what you expected to see. Saved notes live only in your browser, so we cannot look up or restore a note for you.

Privacy and data requests
To ask for your account and associated data to be deleted, or with any question about how data is handled, email us from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store, what we do not, and your rights. Security concerns can be reported to the same address.
